多彩な分野で活躍中の創作家達が四季折々の自然の中で「森」と共に生活を営み、創作活動を行う。人と自然とのつながりは、「創作の森」をより大きく豊かなものに育てていきます。

The museum features active artists from various genres. The surrounding natural environment enhances the artists' work. This human-nature relationship will, in turn, help the Forest of Creation to constantly progress towards its goal of providing the visitors and artists with culturally rich experiences.

瓦工場の窯

越前瓦発祥の地でもあるあわら市。この地にあった瓦工場の窯を残しています。瓦作りの道具とともに展示されており、自由に見学できます。

The town of Kanazu is also known as the origin of Echizen-gawara(Japanise traditional tiles). The old style kilns that were originally used to fire the tiles. Some of the tools used for tile production are also on display.
